In the world of tourism, a travel agency is not just a seller — we are a vital bridge between three essential elements: the tour operator (who organizes the tour), the transfer provider (who handles transportation), and most importantly, the tourist.
🧭 Our Real Role: Coordinating Between All Sides
As a travel agency, we do not directly own the boats, buses, or cars, but we are responsible for booking and arranging the best experience for our customers. When something goes wrong — such as a delay, miscommunication, or customer concern — we are the first to receive the call, and we do our best to fix the situation by contacting the operators or drivers involved.
🚖 About Transfer Services
Sometimes, the transfer is handled by the tour company’s official vehicle. Other times, the agency may arrange an additional taxi or local transport to support the service. While most drivers are punctual and professional, delays are often caused by customers who are not ready on time, which then affects the pickup schedule for other guests. Still, it's usually the travel agent who gets blamed — and we take that seriously.
💰 Pricing vs. Expectations
Many travelers want the lowest price possible, yet expect 5-star service — which is not always realistic. We always work with licensed and reliable tour operators, and try our best to keep the price affordable. But travel agents earn only a small commission (sometimes just 200–300 THB), and when customers aggressively bargain below our cost, we cannot afford to send you on the tour — it would mean paying from our own pocket.
🤝 We’re Here to Help — But Please Understand
We love what we do and care about our guests. 99% of our customers are wonderful, respectful, and understanding — and we are truly thankful for that. But for the rare 1% who push unrealistic demands while expecting VIP service at discount prices, we kindly ask for understanding.
Behind every booking is a team doing their best to ensure your trip is smooth and memorable.
