Located right in front of 7-Eleven Nopparat Thara Branch, this fried chicken stall is run by Fern, a local woman who has been perfecting her craft for over 20 years, having started frying chicken when she was just nine years old.
Today, she not only fries up some of the best chicken in town — but she also speaks excellent English, thanks to her own dedication and learning with me in private language classes. She’s warm, welcoming, and always ready to serve with a smile.

Muafar offers a true taste of Hat Yai-style fried chicken, which is famous for its rich marinated flavor and crispy golden skin. Whether you like dark or white meat, you’re covered:
